As every item purchased is created specifically for each customer to meet their specifications, we ask that your make your specifications as clear as possible so we can create your product to best meet your requirements. Personalised details MUST be left in the text box before ordering. Please note I copy exactly what you write, so please check spelling very carefully before ordering. Failure to do this could result in you not receiving the personalised item you wanted, If no charms or personalised details are left in the comment box we will send out the item shown in the main photo. Details CAN NOT be edited once you have placed your order, so please don't email us after requesting a change as this can be very confusing for us.  You MUST  check your order thoroughly before checking out. 

Hand Stamping. 

Each and every single letter is hand stamped by us, using a stainless steel single letter punch and a hammer. This means no two pieces will ever turn out the same, making each piece its own unique creation. Some letters may not be perfectly aligned or spaced but this adds to the quirkiness of buying an item hand stamped. If you like the perfectly straight engraved look then our items are probably not for you. Letters are then coloured using a black wax, please note that sometimes not all letters or design stamps will be completely coverered by the wax, this is not a fault but again adds to the quirkiness of buying a handmade product. 

Materials and other information

We use Aluminium stamping blanks which are hypoallergenic and will not rust,which means it is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction.  Aluminium is lightweight and has a lovely silver shine like finish.

Other precious materials such as copper, brass silver plated and even Sterling silver will tarnish over time (You can read below how to care for your jewellery) 

As we stamp the letters quite hard with a hammer this causes the back of the blanks to have a little mark, this is why it is usually not recommended to stamp on the back of some items. 

All metal is handcut from a large sheet, then filed and sanded although great care is given to create a "Perfect finish" sometimes fine scratches and a stamping blur are unavoidable Raspberry Ripple Jewellery does not deem this as a fault and it is part of the items being hand made. Sometimes the backs of blanks might be scratched (This is just from the process of the cutting and will not be seen when being worn) 

We blacken some of letters on our jewellery with an enamel which isn't harmful to the skin.... however this does mean that it can come off fairly easy. We recommend you keep the piece of jewellery dry at all times. If it does come in to contact with water you can gently pat dry as soon as possible. Unfortunately when the piece of jewellery is being worn they can get slightly moist on the skin which can mean that the black writing may fade quicker than usual.  You can fix this temporarily with a Sharpie marker by colouring over the letters and gently rubbing away with a baby wipe or damp cloth to remove the access. OR you can leave the piece to fade completely leaving a lovely silver finish. 

Unsuitable for under 5's. 

Please note due to some of our items having small parts some of our jewellery is unsuitable for children under the age of 5.  If you choose to give our jewellery to a child, please ensure they are supervised at ALL TIMES while wearing it.

Turn around time. 

Our turn around time is approximately 7-14 days, however it will be longer due to busy periods. We will always leave a note of the current turn around time on the front page for you to see clearly as well as any important information for you. 


We offer FREE delivery for our orders by royal mail 1st class which takes approximately 1-3 working days after dispatch.  Orders over £30.00 will be posted recorded delivery 1st class. If you require your orders sooner we offer royal mail 1st class. All orders will be dispatched to the address left when payment has been made.  So please ensure your correct address is given when paying.  We can not send your order to a different address. and it is impossible for us to change an address once your order has been made.


As all of our items are personalised and custom made for every order, we can only offer refunds or returns if the item is faulty, in which case you should contact us within 14 days after you have received your item.


Raspberry Ripple Jewellery will not be held responsible for the following:

- If a product has been modified, changed or repaired by someone other than Raspberry Ripple Jewellery

- Any faults or defects from wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning

.- Any defects resulting from neglect, accidental damage or misuse.
